Alam bhai if u are a beginner then you need to warm up concisely to activate all the muscles just like a ignition of engine before start.
Despite of being that strong, you are so humble. Everyone wants a trainer like you.
I will be hitting the gym almost after 1 year that too in a new country and as usual forgot everything that i used to do back in India but thanks to this video i got enough motivation for my first day 😊🎉
I want a Gym Trainer like him, my Gym Trainer only trains himself.

Santanu Kumar Behera do as you like. I do 8-12 reps and 2 sets for each. If push up is too much, then do it with your knee on hinge
