Sir one by 1 kare ye ex ya fir 1set of ex karne ke baad dusre ex ka 1st set then 3rd one ka 1st set then 4th ka 1st set . Then again repeat with 2nd set of ex .

Wow wow wow I'm impressed with his softness, I've been into many gyms and mostly people go insane when they get a little muscle and power but here this man is incredibly soft. Lord Hanuman ji is the most powerful and yet so calm. Even if don't follow his routine as that is a personal choice but I'll request every youngster to follow his calmness and simplicity.

Lying leg raises - 3*20 Lower Abs Flutter kicks - 3*40 Lower Abs High knee crunches - 3*20 Upper Abs Seated V ups - 3*15 Middle Abs Russian twist - 3*30 Oblique Muscles Planks - 4*1 minutes Core 1. Take natural breathings. 2. Keep core tight. 3. Avoid lower back stress.

I'm a 60 years old person, don't needed a six pack 😊 but some toned muscles. Tried some of them earlier but Unable to do. Still don't meet your number of reps or sets but progressing slowly without pain. Love from 🇨🇦
