Push-up Challenge D22 - 3 ½ Min Plank Day

For the plank you hold forearm as long as you can then you go to the side and back or drop a knee.
L-1 Get in 2 Rounds in Plank hold is with one or both knees down then 5 push-ups.
L-2 Get in 3 Rounds in Plank hold is on the toes with dropping knee or side to side as needed. Then 5 push-ups.
L-3 Get in 4 Rounds in Plank hold is same as 2 or add a pushback in as needed. Then 5 Push-ups.
Spread these out through the day as needed, even the plank can be spread so you can do 30 Seconds at a time and 1 push-up then go back to it in 30 min or longer.

    Honestly. There are days that I think that I'm doing good when there's days. I think that I have a lot of work to do. So I appreciate all the encouragement.
