Part of my becoming stronger inside has been taking what I've learned over the years, checking myself, and applying it to what I'm faced with. I'm learning to think before reacting and to give grace to myself. I've always been myself up for mistakes. Now I take a breath, learn, and move on.

Also, I mentioned that I was going to go over how to do some additional work that would work the transverse abdominal muscle Lie on your back with bent knees and feet flat on the floor. Place a hand on your belly, inhale deeply, and exhale while pulling your belly button toward your spine. Hold for a few seconds, then release. Repeat several times a day. I'll also just do this when sitting. I'll add this into Monday, or I may pop in later today or tomorrow with some moves for this.
