Same. After getting t-boned by a Dodge Durango that ran a red light, my back has never been the same. I AM fine but I got herniated discs and I can't lift heavy things anymore. I felt so demasculinized. I've also been in pain for years but I was able to reduce that pain with back extensions and resistance bands. They say that a car accident at 30 mph is equivalent to falling off a 9 story building. How about that reference?

Short story: Similar thing happened to me at the age of 11, doing a supercross race on the Seminole track in Flordia. I crashed due to the deep ruts while landing, my bike perfectly landed right on my upper neck making it almost impossible for me to get up. The flagger was on his phone playing a game, and the remaining riders took the jump without realizing I was at the end of it. Many riders landed around me but one landed right on my left side of my helmet. It broke the helmet inwards substantially to the point it broke my jaw in 3 places. I don't remember anything else but the flagger was sent to jail to my understanding. So it's really frustrating to see this type of crap again

Glad your safe now! It's terrible when negligent people are put in positions of safety, they of all people need to be alert & aware of their surroundings! Hoped this experience also taught employers to be more diligent in who they hire for such positions. (Though ideally they should have the foresight to do so before such an incident happens! Particularly when it comes to children!) Wish you the best! ~☆

🤔One of the unwritten rules is that when you fall and if you can get up physically, the next move is to remove your bike🏍 quickly as possible from the track SO NO ONE WILL CRASH INTO THE BIKES OR BIKE AND WILL GET HURT🤕 !!!
