Ssebo mukulu Owana you can clearly see that Idi Amin Dada had very good and clear intentions for Uganda,in the few years he ruled he had made tremendous achievements. He had his country at heart, citizens came first unlike today where Rwandans,Sudanese,Indians and other foreigners are untouchable. This has caused a lot of hatred amongst the people which will backfire in the near future by the way. I repeat that he's the best president Uganda has had era may his soul rest in eternal peace unlike Mu7 who has put us in absolute poverty with all the land stolen from people. Amin was wellcomed massivelly in Buganda the same way Museveni was received. But in the two events the people of northern Uganda (Acholi and Lango) suffered. Under Museveni Acholi are suffering untill today. It is clear that Buganda has allways been the problem of Uganda. Amin and Museveni got the chance to become presdent in Uganda because of Buganda quest or fight for their tribal culture and Kingdom. When Museveni restored the tribal cultural institution of Buganda, he became the darling of the Baganda untill Kyagulanyi came to the stage. Today under Museveni and his thugs, the future of Uganda is uncertain. Nobody knows what will happen should dictator Museveni fall today. If Ugandans want peace, unity and development to reign in Uganda, we need a new capital city out of Buganda region.

It would have been great if you let us listen to his speeches. Thanks though. He was a great pan Africanist and patriotic. Uganda and Ugandans first. No corruption

Actually, Idi Amin ended the State of Emergency which had been imposed on Buganda since 24th May 1966. This was the tool that Milton Obote used to throw his adversaries in jail without trial.

I hope you don't suffer from selective amnesia by omission of the failed invasion by Obote's supporters including M7 from Tanzania that escalated the disappearance of presumed collaborators of the failed invasion.
