NYERERE PART 3: MWALIMU NYERERE OUTLINES THIRD WORLD WOES AND MAKES PROPHECY ON MUSEVENI

In what DP President General Norbert Mao describes as “an electrifying speech” Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere wowed NRM leaders with his understanding of the Third World’s economic crisis. Mao knows because he was there…
Also independent Tanzania’s first president, Nyerere spoke as Founding Leader of the Chama cha Mapinduzi and the driving force behind the South-South idea, hatched to ameliorate trade imbalance with the superpowers of the North. OwanaPaedia is proud to relive this historic sermon, 33 years after it was captured by PPU.

The good old days when Afrikan leaders could sit on the table with "Western" countries as equals and Afrika actually led through this great man Nyerere. MAGUFULI was the "risen" Nyerere before he was silenced..

When you watch this video, you come to an understanding that President Yoweri Museveni has always been inspired by the late Muzee Nyerere ,the latter is always talking about History in most if his address. But definitely muzee Nyerere will always stand out as one of the greatest leaders East Africa as a region has had, no wonder Chama cha Mapinduzi is still the ruling party.

He may have been inspired by Mwalimu Nyerere but he did not pick the best out of him. President Nyerere was not a tribalist; can you imagine that he did not even know the ethnicity of his ministers?! Museveni on the other hand even knows the tribes of his junior workers! Mwalimu Nyerere was not corrupt and he never exercised nepotism during his rule: none of his family members was appointed to a political office!

Just to remind and correct you (for a good conscience) it's "Mzee not Muzee" and it's even better to give him his title as "Mwalimu" which translates as "Teacher". Just to maintain the status of our language and our leaders in general 🇹🇿. We understand it might be the way you pronounce it as Ugandans according to your mathertoung. But we would love if you could pronounce and name it as per originated from our native language

@@jimmyrukundo2336 well said.. but as you understand Swahili compared to any other languages in Africa... It's rich in words and everything i.e idioms and similar ... So we cannot just put the words the way someone wants or feel how to say or pronounce them... There's specific way when it comes to pronouciation and writing... Hence else I can say is yes the word "Mwalimu" is derived from Arabic word which reads "mua'llim معلِّم"... We understand all of these.. kiswalihi is 45% derived from Arabic... I am Swahili but also an Arabic speaker (fluently) ... So this shouldn't be an issue..love ya all and when you decide to learn our language learn it in an appropriate manner just like us when we read your English 🇰🇪 & Luganda🇺🇬
