This quick and easy Miso Ramen uses instant noodles but we will show you how to make it more delicious. A large amount of vegetables and meat with the roughly chopped garlic clove make the ramen so delicious!
How to Make Miso Ramen

1 package of Instant Ramen Noodles, Miso
2~3 Thin Pork Belly Slices (correction: The pork is belly slices, not loin slices.)
1 Large Garlic Clove, Chopped
80g Cabbage (2.8 oz)
70g Moyashi Bean Sprouts (2.5 oz)
¼ tsp Doubanjiang - Chili Bean Paste
½ tsp Miso
½ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Oyster Sauce
Sesame Oil
400ml Hot Water
3 tbsp Corn, Canned
3 tbsp Spring Onion Leaves, Chopped

The ending... with Francis and Chef... I had a mouth full of Sprite and it just went all over my screen. They're too great.
Watching these videos in the middle of the night makes me hungry and crave it even more. I really wish where I live have Ramen restaurant.

I made this last night for myself and my sister. We're British Caribbean and we love oriental culture, films, food and music. Even while it was cooking it smelt like the real deal. And it tasted amazing. I'll definitely be making it again. :)

It's not just that. I LOVE the production value they put into their videos. Other cooking channels just have one camera and one angle. but this show zooms in, has a separate narration as not to get overpowered by the cooking noises and the editing is really awesome. they are the best. + the helpful tips, detailed recipe in video and description and the cuteness of the pair just as you pointed out. half of my diet is basically Japanese food now. (last name is Japanese but I'm half Filipino) I hope you keep watching them!

You can look into pork primals (side/belly) and the sub primals including the process for brining and using curing salts if you're interested. However, I don't see why everyone is flipping out over the comments. Making ramen the traditional way is an interesting process that should be respected and appreciated. Corn is often used as a topping for miso ramen! It is nutritious and makes the ramen more visually appealing :)

Yum!! I always keep a few packs of instant ramen in the cupboard for days I have left over pot-roasts or stir frys (I also use frozen veggies in a pinch). Makes instant ramen SO MUCH better when you can add to it!!
