I already know thats low income housing. Been in a similar situation. The bottom unit was backed up that no one was staying in, and they did not notice the back up until it hit the hallway. It was terrible.. It overflowed at the kitchen sink and flooded out the whole apartment. It was a terrible day!!!

That’s why people should put money aside to get double directional clean outs installed and eliminate the water and sewage getting on the floor.
