Gonna go ahead and let yall know something….. IF Trump were to go to “jail” it would be a place they call “cupcake” jail. It’s like camp for boys. It’s not like TV. It’s a bunch of generally wealthy white collar men who commit low level crimes. They aren’t with hardened criminals and on lockdown. I know this doesn’t fit the visual of what you see on TV but it is just like camp and usually the men are only staying briefly. IF he went somewhere like that he would have secret service 24/7.

This will be appealled and thrown out. Judge Merchan has violated Trumps rights in multiple ways during the trial. Judge Merchan pulled this off with Harvey WEinstein trial and as a result will get a retrial. He has a bad track record.

The baker act is used to commit those who are mentally unstable for a 3 day mandatory hold. 2 family members have to file the motion before a judge. Or a doctor can place the 3 day hold based on their observations.

Let's move from possibility to reality.
Judge should start with ordering 8 hours in a NY court holding cell, just to make an impression. Followed by 12 hours of the same, and working their way up to more. 24 hours ought to shake him up! This avoids SS having to hang out at Rikers! ⚖️⚖️⚖️

There is literally no such thing as Presidential Immunity. There is a policy that DOJ won't criminally prosecute a sitting President. The Supreme Court is utterly disgusting. They know they are just delaying. We all knew the Supreme Court decision before they made it. Their sole responsibility was to rule on this one case and these charges. They are not responsible for future hypothetical cases.

He isn’t president but when he had that role he really messed it up. Jan. 6 and the big lie. No president should act the way he does and do things he has done. Then all of this never would have happened. In his own words “It never should have happened”. I agree totally and if he had been half decent and a mature adult none of this WOULD be happening. He did this to himself.
President Trump walks out the court room everyday to people cheering and microphones waiting to hear what he has to say. The media - "Trump is rattled!" 😆😆🤦♀️🤦♀️

I don't see them putting him in jail, even though he deserves jail time. No other defendant would be given so many chances as he's been given.
The judge needs to stay the 30 day jail time for after the trial. Trump is trying to delay the trial.

They don't want to jeopardize their cush lifestyles. They are compromised. Utterly disgusting. They are supposed to rule on the specific issues and they are trying to rule on future hypotheticals.. I am not a part of the case, but imagine all the witnesses that came forward with evidence only to have some old rich folk say, " he is above the law." They are an embarrassment.
