The citizens are ruled by a minority because of gerrymandering. Exactly who is this 99%? What is your point with that? What is the claim that 99% of the citizenship is agreed to something? What we need to worry about are these self-proclaimed journalists (who don't know what the word actually means). They use inflammatory rhetoric to get their viewers upset. They don't discuss the facts nor the entirety of the case. It's all about their little 15 second sound bites. Individually some of these people are okay but why are they focusing on the fact that Trump's lawyer got angry? Being angry is not evidence. MSNBC get your crap together Just curious. What is this 99% you talking about?

Like during the SCOTUS immunity arguments, when Alito(?)said we need to write the immunity rules for future administrations, I was like, what? Such nonsense! Just deny it and send it back for trial. Do they really think a future administration will ask themselves if a coup or a coup-adjacent act is an official act that is covered under presidential immunity? 🤣 They know now it's not. They just got caught. Now they'll get their delay beyond the election🤬 but it'll backfire spectacularly bc what they wanted to prevent, will actually happen instead= Now they'll explore each act so thoroughly b4 the election, that voters will hear every single dirty move beyond what would've been allowed b4 a jury AND a future jury will not be able to unring that bell. It's possible I may have had 1 cup of coffee too many. 💖😉

I support Cohen and what he's doing now, but he didn't lose everything, he's actually gained. He made $3.4 million off of the two books he wrote about trump, plus he still gets residuals from other sales. He also hosts two podcasts where he makes hundreds of thousands of Dollars per year from them. Previously he also held several New York taxi medallions, and I'm sure he still owns those. Cohen even had people donate close to $300k to his GoFundMe legal expenses. Cohen's entire income is derived from smelly donald trump. trump has his own economy, every news outlet, writers, analyst, podcaster, KZreadr, makes money talking about smelly donald. I've heard Cohen say on Political Beatdown, his podcast this has hurt him financially, that's a straight up false statement. He's making more now than he did when he worked for trump, he was getting paid $525k per year then.

Very true. He was only guilty of conspiracies and paranoia, then Ford had the gall to pardon him when in office, but realized, a bit too late, he never should have done so, that cost him the election against Carter. Carter was not the best prez we've ever had, but not the worst, not by a long shot, sadly, his wife, daughter, and brother Billy made a buffoon out of him, and a laughing stock. He, too, would only last one term, and lost to Reagan, that's where things slowly began to fall down, at least as far as the reuplicans are concerned.

I don't think he is really. He's just pointing out that Blanche actually showed an inconsistency, which was a small victory for the defense in an otherwise awful performance throughout the trial by Blanche especially. In totality Cohen and Daniel's testimony was very damaging to DT. And the defense couldn't really discredit them. The fact their client is too chicken to take the stand will also hurt them. There's really no counter-story to the prosecution's detailed narrative. The defense just basically tries to throw something at the wall to see if it sticks.

What history has shown us is that pardoning a President for criminal behavior inspires further criminal behavior by candidates who belong to the same party. They see a colleague GET AWAY WITH IT and assume they, too, can escape any serious consequences no matter what they do.

Oh big deal. So even if Cohen's recollection of the content of a single 1 minute phone call from six years ago was not 100% perfectly recalled, that does nothing to the overwhelming substance of the entire case which is rock solid against Trump. The jurors are not stupid. If that's ALL the defense could bring forth, then they have very serious issues representing their client. The attempted character assignation of Cohen will do absolutely nothing to remove all the supporting fact and evidence from all the other witnesses that took the stand and the smoking gun document that shows the entire case on one single sheet of paper. This is about federal criminal CAMPAIGN FINANCE FRAUD! It's ot a "hush money" trial. The media needs to stop using that inaccurate term.

Exactly. Further, any averagely intelligent juror will now believe that if Trump can get his minions to breach the gag order on his behalf, that Cohen must have been telling the truth when he committed crimes on Trump's behalf! See the correlation between the two situations? Trump has shot himself in the foot once again. Why? Because he is beyond stupid. No matter, this latest stunt is just a demonstration of how far Trump will go to get others to do his dirty work. which only helps the prosecution and virtually knocks down his defence. GUILTY AS CHARGED.

@@advicemaster1365 Whooboy... are you ever deep down the rabbit hole. Not sure what phone call you are talking about. If you mean the 96 second one that the defense team tried to make a big stink about, that's a big nothing burger. There were many calls made, with phone records entered as exhibit evidence, tying calls between Cohen, the Enquirer, and Trump all within minutes of each other.. There's also the smoking gun reimbursement plan written out by Weisselberg on Cohen's bank statement. There is Cohen's recording of Trump incriminating himself in the scheme to payoff Ms. Daniels, and soooo many corroborating witnesses to all of the facts. They have a rock solid case even without any matching testimony from Cohen. You obviously haven't been following this case too closely, else you would know all this.
