Yes! This was the point that got my gall. Everyone focusing on Cohen being a liar and never standing up to trump with all his lies. In fact, I'm convinced nothing trump ever says is truth. But many journalists in main stream media are just glossing over trump's pathological lying while they crucify Cohen, who has tried to turn his wrongs around. Cohen is NOT on trial. Trump is on trial, with more to come

ROY Cohn was Trump's ORIGINAL attorney. In the '70's. Before he got disbarred for many (many) crimes -- including blackmail -- and died in disgrace. His cause of death was AIDS and that's ironic because, though he was vehemently homophobic in public, he was also gay. Not secretly like J. Edgar Hoover, either. Cohn taught Trump everything he knows about denying obvious truths and blackmailing his way into demanding loyalty. Cohn is the reason America has a Trump problem. Cohn was also the brains behind Joe McCarthy, in the 50's. Michael COHEN is not Roy COHN.

Come one, come all, your hungry, your oppressed, your asylum seekers from Haiti, China, South America and more. Bring with you your burdens and all you can backpack into America because we Americans will give you free housing, free medical, free food, free education and more, more, more because it is our Christian and Catholic duty to give. We will give up our jobs, our hard earned tax money, so everybody who wants to take advantage of the American democracy can have so without question.

I am probably not the only one who noticed during testimony at this trail a very revealing item about how Trump spent his time in office. It appears that he was still working as CEO of his business while president. In other words, he was ripping off taxpayers by working for his own benefit on government time. This after he had stated that his sons were running his business for him while he was in office as potus. In any government job I have ever heard, that would be a firing offense. It's no wonder he seldom knew what was going on in governing matters.

@@realitycheck5902 Only Trump can decide if he wants to testify. If he does, he waives his 5th amendment rights, he'd have to answer prosecutors questions on cross-examination, can't plead the 5th. If he lied answering their questions, they would follow up, and probe and frankly, tear his testimony to shreds. The Jury would in no way believe him, and he'd likely perjure himself and face charges for that. Even as dumb as Trump is, he knows better than to take the stand.

Harry, I have been watching and listening to you and other people telling us about your observations and it was especially helpful because the vast experience that you and others have with law, judges and being able to know how the defense and the prosecution were doing day to day. I did not like Trump at any point and now these Republican lapdogs bashing and attempting to intimidate the jury. Hopefully these lapdogs will get their own trials one day for their involvement in some of Trumps crimes. That would be justice!

Well, actually he WAS guilty of perjury, because he had lied out of loyalty, to cover for his boss and keep him from being indicted. Perjury is never a good look, but when it's for a noble (albeit misplaced) motive, the jury may empathize. The majority of Cohen's testimony is corroborated by multiple other witnesses and thousands of documents anyway.

Harry, great job! I've been listening to the "news" folks on CNN and MSNBC and am appalled about how their commentary centers on inflaming opinion rather than reporting from a measured position of expertise. One can see in the comments that 'readers' are seeing how the media across the board would rather game this for theater and viewership, as if our justice system was not at stake. Entertainment media is struggling to hold up any notion of journalistic integrity. I am patiently looking forward to see what Andrew W. and Karen F-A have a chance to reflect really say their piece. Keep up the great work!
