The replacement pin he put in is too small; if one of the new pins is bigger, use it or use the original pin.
Does the replacement prop come with the end cap to hold the trolling motor on
It only comes with the hardware to secure it on. No additional cone or cap domes with it unfortunately

Nope. Just comes with the shear pins and the nut to lock it in.
