Nope. Just comes with the shear pins and the nut to lock it in.

Does the replacement prop come with the end cap to hold the trolling motor on
It only comes with the hardware to secure it on. No additional cone or cap domes with it unfortunately

Glad they darkened the knobs the old ones get filthy fast and dingy over time no matter how much you clean them.

Are these rigs good for bank fishing too and if there's no cover will they work in open waters
Absolutely. They will work in most situations. Play around with them and get a good technique going and you’ll be catching them for sure
I do this with tiny blades. Size 0
I can’t wait to try it out. Seems like it can really make a difference
