But how to remove an existing one?

I don't have a ton of experience removing them. We're mainly installing them when we sell a new prop or repair one that is missing them. You can pry them out with a flat head screwdriver, but since they are in there pretty tight, it ruins a lot of them. If anyone has a good method, I would love to hear about it.
