Mayim brings a excitement to the show without trying to be the star. She makes the player the main focus of the show

Can't wait for this, loved her in The Big Bang Theory! I'm so impressed that she's a Neuroscientist as well and I'm like "no wonder she was no knowledgable in science on the show!". And yes, it is rare to see women neuroscientists and speaking of Neurology, I was fortunate enough to have a female neurologist to help me with my epilepsy treatments.

You have a gift Mayim. A classic show like Jeopardy can use a host like you. The ratings will be out of this world!

I have always admired Mialim since the days of her Blossom show. I am so glad she got the honor to host such a prestigious show like Jeopardy! The Jeopardy show will always flourish because of the creative personnel behind the show. I continue to enjoy the show just like I did with my grandfather as I do now with my son and hopefully my grandkids in the future. Alex left a great legacy. Bravo!

I have been aware of Ms Bialik ever since her appearance in Beaches, playing the young CC role. I loved her on Big Bang and so enjoyed her development from the computer date for Sheldon to wife and partner in attaining the Nobel prize. Of late I have listened to some of her podcasts and find her to be an extraordinary woman, with a very insightful mind, and a great sense of humour. She has been stellar on Jeopardy, (Week one is just done and looking forward to week two). You got a true fan here in Canada.

Are u kidding???!!! What does PHD have to do with the job? The host is given the answers. She wasted her education. Some science nerd couldn't get into university becuz she took person's place. This nerd could have contributed to science. Mayim returned back to acting. What a waste!

I'm glad she was chosen for this and can't wait to see the episodes.

Between her podcast, sitcom, and now as Jeopardy host, Mayim is literally permeating so many aspects of the things I enjoy in life that she is now officially my new virtual BFF! 💕

Mayim would be an excellent successor to the role. She is articulate, personable and able to captivate an audience. I would definitely watch and feel that the post had been honored.

I'm still scratching my head on why asking her for her fashion choices for hosting Jeopardy! They didn't ask the previous guest hosts about it, and it's not like she's a fashion icon or something like that, where her opinion would be somehow relevant to her role.

I have been so looking forward to Mayim and she has not disappointed me at all . I am enjoying the assortment of guest hosts, okay some more than others but I love the show so I watch.

I realize Alex Trebek wanted Ken Jennings as the permanent host, but I don’t feel he would disagree with Mayim succeeding him. I think he would be happy. She has all the chops for such an intelligent show, and an amazing personality. The producers would be foolish not to make her the permanent host. But that’s just me

Mayim would be great as new host. I like her voice and look.

More than a year ago, I sent a comment to the Jeopardy producers suggesting Ms. Bialik as the new host. I love that she's the temporary host but why not the permanent host? Why can't a woman be the permanent host? If not Ms. Bialik, then definitely Mr. Burton. Love them both!

This was so fun to watch!

I would love to see Penny as a contestant. All her answers would be," Who Sir Isaac Fig Newton"?

Please make Mayim the permanent host! So far, she has the best rapport with the contestants, she has a great voice and cadence. She doesn't distract and has not had a single cringe or forced moment with the contestants; she makes it seem like they're all in this together to have fun. Love her!

In 1980 I spent some time working at Ms. Bialiks home and as a young girl she was one of the nicest young kids I ever met. It is nice that nice people become successful.

She really is quite impressive to listen to. Very glib, intelligent, attractive, easy to listen to, no scratchy voice. She's the whole package for a permanent host.

Mayim is such a wonderful person, so articulate and knowledgeable; therefore so qualified for the job. She would be wonderful as a full time host. I like her a lot.

Thus far, she’s doing great! But I hope that they eventually choose a permanent host from former contestants.

Mayim deserves to get the Jeopardy host.

She's the role model that this generation of girls needs! Not the Kardashians or bimbos on social media. Mayim Bialik. She's the queen!
