He tried as hard as he could to let those cops know his life was in danger because of his wife; and then, when he was shot by his wife’s brother, they believed Alex’s bs story and didn’t bother to further investigate. I totally agree with you that the police in Arizona Made big mistake they didn’t investigate the crime properly What is the most annoying thing is that Relatives also called the police informing them that this was not self defence It was Murder in broad daylight And Also they must had Charles’s .Name on their record reporting his wife was planning to kill him along with the Children.the police must have had this information On their files other people also informed the police of what had happened but for some reason they ignored them. It was like talking to the police in Arizona .about Crime was itself Crime Shame May the victims rest in peace

I wish Charles had told Lori he'd changed the policy. Could've saved his life. Not that this is his fault, but for his sake, I wish he would've told that snake of a wife. It truly could have saved him. Every victim of Lori's was killed for the money. Including Joe. Colby was not killed because Lori wouldn't benefit. Colby was married. That saved him. Knowing Charles was worth more to her alive (spousal support per divorce) than dead could've spared him.

Every moment she was on "hold", she was thinking of her future shopping frenzies, and who would die next.

IF Charles HAD told Lori, & she had learned or assumed that he had replaced her with Kay as his beneficiary . . . Lori may have then gone after Kay first . . . hoping or assuming that the money would then wind up with herself, anyway. . . . Neither Lori nor Chad give any evidence of having sound reasoning. . . .

Kay is the beneficiary the only one in deep trouble is Lori

Her voice trying to pretend she is sad and affected... not only we know it was fake but also she was not very convincing on the phone

So she believed she was the beneficiary till after Charles Death. Kay didn’t know she was until the Insurance company got hold of her, then she gave half to Charles other sons.

Kay knew- she would have had to give her SSN to Charles in order for the change of beneficiary paperwork to go through. He also directed her as to what to do with financial disbursements to his adult children.

My heart hurts for Kay. The loss of her Brother over money. It's going to be interesting to hear Kay when she talks at Lori's sentencing.

⁠ The point is there wasn’t any need to empathise he was adopted as biological or not she didn’t care about family unless it’s to her benefit. Him being adopted is irrelevant. If you knew someone was adopted would you refer to them as that when speaking to other people probably not. Insensitive and unnecessary. I’ve never heard of any adopted parents telling people that’s my adopted child unless it was bought up for a specific reason.

She is calling the day after she had him murdered but found out that he took his wife off the insurance policy she was fooled and very mad but im so glad she didnt get it and it went to his sister kay
