Summer is heartbroken , traumatized beyond repair , so terrified. This is unbelievable how Lori just talks robotically like she’s not human. Not even one sign of emotion . Pure madness. Poor Summer she loved those kids so much and she said I would have taken the kids in should Lori had said she didn’t want them. I really don’t know what to say, like how on earth are they going to find this woman innocent she’s not saying a word or showing any remorse. May god give Summer and the rest of the family strength they truly need the Lords strength. She really loves Lori and is willing to give it all up for her sister.

Ever notice how the more upset the normal person gets the more calm the psychopath gets? It's almost like the narcissistic psychopath absorbs the grief and energy of the grieving person and turns that energy into a sort of self serving tonic. You could almost hear Lori smirking in her quiet, calm responses. This call, more than anything else has shown what a sick human being the defendant is. I don't think remorse is even possible for her.

I don’t think her death is that mysterious, my friend’s sister died young for the same reasons, if I’m remembering right. Diabetes can absolutely be fatal if not properly treated and cared for. And according the documents, Stacey was afraid of food and germs, and her daughter was starting to mimic her behaviors, which is why her ex sought custody. I really don’t think Lori was behind her death, is sounded like she did that to herself.

Beautifully put Grace. As a simple Christian man, this is exactly the type of example that demonstrates how easy a perfect storm can start to brew when ones motivation to stop it from manifesting is no longer a priority. This story is a cautionary tale in which the concoction of an individuals desire for a break or separation from what has been their everyday life & identity mixed w/ absurd levels of manipulation oozing out from every crack it can find & being applied by just about every party involved whether they want to admit it or not. And finally, the application of those dangerous elements at play, ultimately setting a completely new & delusional foundation that on its own is frightening enough considering all things w/in reality increasingly became further & further out of reach. But the moment they all started to insert their religious element into the equation, the recipe for a horrific ending almost seemed all but inevitable. Especially when you had a collective group of ppl all willing to push so much of their regular lives aside in order to essentially participate in a fictional game like obsession that revolved around their already highly religious lives. This was demonstrated in such a way for which their entire basis for spending time together was to practically re-introduce the text & literature of their religious beliefs, but in such a reckless manner for which they created a podcast & often appeared to be searching for ways to recreate the interpretations of its scripture. And as their grasp w/ reality continued to fade away, that gave the opening needed for Chad Daybell to fulfill their needs w/ his own warped & twisted version of the LDS faith that seem to be based more on some modern day video game(s) that kids play, involving zombie like characters & the ability for ur own family to immediately become possessed to the point that the only thing their loved ones can do is murder them for the sake of their child & the safety of everyone around them. Never once ever coming to the realization, that after a handful of murders suddenly seemed to surround them that they themselves in fact were the only demonically possessed forces that surrounded them & their families lives. Instead, they only felt their powers were growing as they continued to systematically eliminate everyone in their current lives that seemed to ironically inconvenience their newly desired path in life. Such a sad sad story.

@J L If I may play at things I only know the bare minimum about, I have my suspicions that for the women, coming from a religion in which a submissive demeanor is praised and questions are not encouraged, to have a man of high status not only elevate their importance I a general way but to give them varying positions of "power" in relation to him and also to past relationships with God, himself was intoxicating. To be given high value and respect while pushing the idea that this makes you closer to God, instead of being against his plan for you had to have felt like freedom in a way. Just what I see...
