Unfortunately Lori did get social security death benefits until her arrest. Tylee got $1,900 monthly in Death benefits and Lori and JJ got $1,900 each monthly after Charles' death. That's $5,700 monthly and a grand total of $68,000 yearly.

Wrong Lori is indicted in Maricopa AZ for conspiracy of Charles Vallow murder. So if state prosecutors can obtain the Legal & General phone call 2/20/19 of the person who called to setup the phone call password then they can use that evidence as proof of the conspiracy so hopefully it was Lori that called to setup the phone call password.

AZ dropped the ball in the first place. Don't know if it would have changed the outcome of Charles but would definitely have changed what happened to the kids and Chad's wife. Irritates me that they interviewed Lori and Tylie in adjoining rooms where they could hear everything the other one was saying. I honestly don't think AZ took the investigation into Charles seriously until after the kids went missing.

Well, it isn't hard to guess who put in the password. My goodness, she had it all planned out. You could tell that he knew his days were numbered. I’m glad he was able to change the beneficiary but how sad is it that he was so desperate to change it because he knew his life was in danger.

As soon as the agent said that the password was created in Feb. Charles knew exactly who did it. Poor man had his heart broken so many times by that evil witch; he deserved so much better.

If only ONE, 1, O N E person had listened to Charles Vallow, maybe he'd be alive now, or have stayed alive to be able to save the children. So, so maddening.

That poor man. He knew she was going to kill him, and nobody would believe him.

What a sweet, precious, kind man. He wasn't being rude whatsoever and his voice never increased in volume or aggression. Yet he still felt wrong for taking his frustration out on the agent even though HE WAS A GENTLEMAN the entire time. This is the saddest I've ever been regarding the entirety of this case.

Unbelievable! I saw a video of Charles Vallow trying to get help from the police. He was pleading with them to get help for Lori. They did nothing. He tried so hard, but I got the impression that they just thought something was wrong with him. Absolutely no one helped him. So very sad.

My heart is hurting just listening to him

God, I feel so sorry for Charles - and the other victims, of course, but particularly Charles, who seemed to have an awareness and a real (legitimate!) fear for his finances and his life. It is so hard to hear the disconnect between this logical, polite, CLEARLY distressed man, and what sounds like automatons on the other end of the line. You'd think if someone calls with this level of distress about their life insurance policy, and someone else has set up a password on their account, that someone could immediately connect them to a fraud or investigatory department. I get that people have to be officially identified/verified, but if there's any question about someone tampering with life insurance beneficiaries, you'd think it's in the company's best interest to get that flagged and sorted ASAP. I had a "situation" recently, and my bank was GREAT about helping to protect me and my finances.

He was absolutely correct and he tried everything and nobody listened and her whole family shunned him apart from Adam and Brandon. And the same thing nearly happened to Brandon. Just crazy stuff.

He knew she was going to end his life. How incredibly sad 💔

i would love to hear the phone call of Lori calling into the insurance company and setting up the password and whatever else she did in February. It just breaks my heart hearing the sense of urgency in his voice. Thank goodness he actually took the time to make the change of beneficiary, it's just so sad that the money won't go to JJs care the way he intended but maybe some of it helped Kay in her pursuit of Lori and her nefarious deeds.

Legal & General is the parent company of Banner Life & William Penn Life Insurance Company. I personally think the customer service rep especially Kevin DeLarosa did a great job 👏🏽 I’m not releasing info without the phone call password even though Charles Vallow didn’t set it up but Kevin doesn’t know that. Like Kevin said since they record all phone calls he can submit an investigation inquiry and they can review who called in to setup the phone call password.

​@@famousamos1They could have figured that out quickly, he got the run-around and since it was a frantic call, I an ex call center person, would have gotten a Manager to escalate this issue...ie- getting him to fax/email info immediately, check notes from previous calls (CS reps must put notes on calls), etc....

This is an excellent example how men are not listened to when they have a psycho in their life.

You don’t know if it was Lori that called Legal & General to put a phone call password on his policy. But I’m sure Lori knew all the info on Charles to have Chad or her brother Alex to call in acting like Charles because Lori knows all of Charles info such as policy number, DOB, address, SSN, etc.. most spouses know each other personal info even maiden names or mother maiden name. Even if you setup security questions probably most spouses know that like your first pet name or what elementary school name or favorite color etc…

@@denisea23 I put my money on Chad called in pretending to be Charles. As he was the one that called the funeral home about Charles death pretending to be his nephew.

What a royal pain in the arse, to say the absolute VERY least. Evil surely does come in many forms.

So happy he was so persistant. I wish I could have heard the call where they tell her she is not the beneficiary. He seemed to sense his days were numbered and he needed to try and provide for JJ.

There is something about that call somewhere in someone's video, cannot remember who!? Don't know if it was brought up in her trial? Of course, it might be brought up again at the trial in Arizona, coming up for Charles death.....hope she burns in HELL!!!!!!😠😠😠😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Like I said before ..Lori killed him to get insurance and used her brother as the scape goat.

I would have loved seeing Loris face when she realized he left everything to his Sister.

There is a tape of Lori the day after he died trying to access the money and finding out it's going to his sister....very glad he changed it.

What Lori put this man through is beyond belief I only pray this never happens to another person, and when it is brought to the attention of the authorities they act on it. Charles was letdown by everyone it’s not like he didn’t speak out. This insanity has to stop

His life was in danger. This was proof! Someone could have saved him. So sad.

That is proof he never called and never set up a password! Sad!

The sheer panic of poor Charles is palpable

Insurance companies record calls. They should have a recording of the call when this bogus password was set up. Where is that recording?

Can you imagine how the Insurance agent That talked to him on the phone felt when he found out Charles was dead.

OMG! I find this to be so sad. The guy spends one of his last days on this earth making phone calls when his wife premeditated all of this! This is how phone calls go, it is so frustrating at times.

This is so heartbreaking! Charles had sense enough to change the beneficiary but he showed up alone when clearly the conversation with the life insurance showed Lori was up to something fatal for him. So sad!

Good for Charles for speaking out every chance he got! How terrifying to know you're on someone's hit list!!

Well, if this doesn’t prove premeditation, I don’t know what will. Rest easy, sir.. I’m so sorry no one listened…

The end result is that the benefits ended up going to his sister, Kay, as he wanted, so it did get resolved, thankfully, even though his wife, Lori, tried to steal the insurance. Lori didn't find out in time, so he still ended up being murdered for the insurance, but at least Lori didn't get the insurance, even though she tried hard to do so.

Unfortunately she did get social security death benefits until her arrest. Tylee got $1,900 monthly in Death benefits and Lori and JJ got $1,900 each monthly after Charles death. That's $5,700 monthly and a grand total of $68,000 yearly.

This whole thing is frustrating, Charles did not have to die, no one was listening to this man who was very straightforward with everyone he was clearly explaining his problems to anyone who would listen, the only person listening at the time was Adam Lori's brother, some of the police officers were entangled in Lori's weave...

Heart breaking. The man went through so much torture and then lost his life.

Police are NOT obligated to protect individual citizens from harm, that is not their job.

Companies make it very easy to open accounts but try cancelling or making changes is harder than hell. Especially when you call and you deal with different people each call. Even deleting social media accounts you go through so many steps and time before they actually do delete it.

If you want to see the prices for these meal companies like misfit or one of the many others it's so hard to figure out how to cancel there are actually third party companies that for $19.99 ,,will cancel for you.

This call shows what a nice guy Charles was. He could have lost his temper and demanded supervisors etc.... I worked in call centers and this is the kind of person you want to help. RIP Charles... you sure didn't deserve this. :( This insurance company customer service sucks!

The police don’t have a legal liability to an individual they failed to protect. That’s a far cry from what you keep repeating like a robot. There is a general duty to protect the Punic, it’s literally their job and they post that motto all over their squad cars. 😂. I suspect that soon the limitations on police liability will change. Perhaps not to the extent that people want, but somewhat.

Excuse me, Charles was crying out for a help. They ignored him and took loris side cause she was a manipulator.

This poor guy. You know he saw this coming and was doing everything he could to thwart her, but there was so little help. I could just cry with frustration for him.

Heartbreaking! He tried to go to family and authorities! Thank you for uploading this conversation.

This is crazy! Poor Charles. He seemed like such a good guy. I hope they can get Lori on his death.

It’s amazing the lengths Lori went through to get to Charles’ money. I’d like to hear the recording of who exactly added the password. Most likely Chad or Alex pretending to be Charles.
