    NOV 30, 2020 I started the workout today... I am sweating right now lol, Yet couln't even do each of these exercises completely But I tried! Have done 33 squats and 15 in other set and 12 in the next, 12 lunges 12 donkey kicks 10 fire hydrant 6 squat jumps wall sit 10 sec Thats all I could today, Hope for the best and want to do this in whole december!     If you have such issues why do you want to take risk? Take rest let the body heal.... Eat healthy and stay positive. I don't think it's a nice idea to work out with injuries. I know it will be difficult for a person to stay away from work out sessions especially when you love it a lot but it's wise to take a break..
