My arms shake while doing this exercises. Does that mean that my protein intake is too less.. Someone told me that shakiness is a sign of protein deficiency. Please reply paji

Awww! I don't understand why anyone would pass a negative comment for our sweet Sukhi ji ! She is adorable. And i love her personality too. She also demonstrates very good form while performing the exercises.

Main ny socha tha water bottole but yaa weight ziada banta

MY BOLLYWOOD BODY. sir I was very active in exercising but I met with an accident before 2years after that I am afraid of jogging running n normal exercises too. I have disc bulge problem n i have si joint pain. consulted many doctors but no relief. can you suggest something regarding this

Hello sunny sir...I love ur dedication..sir Mai 4 month se Jim workout ker rhe hu..when I started I was 77kg.but now I m 71kg..Mera problem ye h ke m apne body ko proper tone nhe ker pa rhe hu ya ye bol sakte h ke mujhe worhout kerne ka treka nhe aa pa rha h... please mujhe khuc Jim workout btaeye jisse Mai apna weight ko kam ker saku...
