    Thanks for another very informative video. You explain everything so well and in a simple way. This is the simplest diet plan I have ever come across these days since I was planning to give this IF a try. I had to give up after 4 days only because of the severe heartburn and headaches which come on over the last couple of hours of the 16 hr fasting window and continued throughout the day. I need some inputs on this from you. Would be grateful if you help me get over with this so that I am able to start my IF again.

    As per wikipidea RICE CAKE "is made by mixing rice flour and water to form a slightly viscous mixture, which is then placed in small cup-shaped containers that look like saucers and steamed, forming a characteristic bowl-like shape when cooked." I think IDLY is one of the substitute(CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG) .It is made of FERMENTED rice(more nutrition due to fermentation),Idlis too are steamed,Since it is made fresh,it do not have any preservatives.Fermented batter have shelf life of one week if kept in fridge. Idlis are usually served with SAMBHAR(made of DAL,Protein and Carbs)and Coconut chutney(good fat)

    Your kidneys are not functioning properly for 14 to 15 hours a day, while fasting because of no water/fluid intake during that time. My mother faces the same problem as soon as Ramadan ends. She just took some over the counter medicines and whooopppp her swelling is going after going to pee for almost 15 to 20 times...

    I have a question for you. I have been doing intermittent fasting more than 2 months. I am losing weight also. I like how u explain. Right now I m doing Ramadan fasting. I hope I will see better results after Ramadan. In sha Allah. You said we should take proteins shakes at night before sleep and also after gym that also would be before break fasting. My question is: so far I know proteins shakes or milk breaks the intermittent fasting as the rise ur insulin level. So why you recommend that and do u think is not break my fast? Plz answer
