I don't agree. The thing with a fit model is that when she will workout her form will be correct because she is used to doing it if a fat lady will do it her form will be bad and people will see the video and learn the wrong form. Wrong form causes injury.

@@richagwalani679 ya i couldn't continue coz of body pain it really hurt me lot.... I was not able to wake up from my bed for 3days....... So now I'm trying Lucy's workout dey r good not so stress full n gave me good result too..... I'm not blaming dis workout.,.... It's upto strength....

Did 20 squats yesterday and my thighs are still aching. Hoping that this will not ruin my daily zumba routine. Will give it a shot again, wish me luck!

You should gradually increase squats to avoid muscle strain!
1st exercise 1:30 2nd exercise 4:30 3rd exercise 6:00 4th exercise 7:15 5th exercise 8:45 6th exercise 10:00

My doctor has advised to start doing excercise after one and half month of pregnancy... It's been 2 years now so you can start dear ... I had started heavy lifting after 8-9 months of c section delivery
OMG it's painful and hard but it's really good. Go for it highly recommend

Hey Bro, I tried this exercise at home. I am 108kg, it was very hard for me to complete the whole cycle on the first day.. which is today. I could not do the last two exercises cause I was really tired. But I will not stop and keep doing this until I loose same fat. Thank you for motivating. High five from Australia.... Rab rakhaa...

I just want to share my experience. Last year I did these series. But because this was my first workout ever I had to do the day 1 for 1 week and so on. Couldn't continue for more than 3 months and although lost only 3 kgs on scale (Absolutely no diet control, but Im in to ghar ka khana mostly). But lost alot of body fat. Alot of people pointed out and asked me what Im doing. Also this year I followed other youtubers but this one was probably the one thay was most effective for me !
