This is the only series I could actually stick with for more than two weeks.
Love the way you speak … you have a talent for engaging the audience … i weigh 60 kg before starting this … I did 2 of these regimes and I already feel elated .. my body is responding well to it . Can’t wait to finish this series . Will share my progress every month … see you in 100 🤞🏻

i am here on 1 sept. and today i've completed my week 2(day2)..and here are my experiences and suggetions- 1. you will feel like hell at one time...that you cant do it..but take time..dont give up. cramps..soreness..laziness everything is just for sometime.I take 2 days rest in a week and that helps me. 2. be aware of your diet..yes i am not strict on it..but i am ignoring so many things and i know i will do it properly soon. 3.there is no dramatic change in my body..but yes my stomach fat is not that much hard now. 4. and last but best..when i touch my side belly..i can feel my curves... not perfectly..but yes i've my curves back.😊

@@mirahakram1662 I don't take rest on a regular basis but if someday I feel tired then I don't workout bt I try that I should workout daily and also on Sunday I am at home for whole day so I relax that day so I find no need to skip the workout

2nd week day 1 and i feel amazing, lost 2 lbs in the first week with healthy diet and your workouts

Ok so I've been follow day for a week and started with the Day 2 workout today! Sunnay bhaai told to do it on alternate days, so I jogged 30 minutes every other day when I wouldn't do the workout. These exercises are super targeted and actually WORK! I cant see much difference yet, which is very understandable, but the burn is real and it's making me feel real good! I just feel a lot more active and energized. Will keep updated.

Start with stretching. 4 sets: 50 high knees each 4 sets: 10 knee pushups+ 10 squats each 4 sets: 50 cross runs each 4 sets: 30 sec plank+ 30 sec butt bridge each 4 sets: 10 to 12 jumpsquats each

Sunny, for beginners with bad knees do you recommend battle rope to build upper body strength? Im looking to purchase one for home use (outdoor), if so which thickness? And do you recommend for absolute beginner with no upper or lower body strength to use this? Or should you do other workout before progressing onto battle rope? Thank you

Hi sunny, another excellent video.. I am so happy and grateful that you have started making more videos for women. I am recently into fitness and am a beginner and your videos are just great. I have a question and would appreciate it if I received an answer. Going by the old method if we burn more calories than we eat only then we can lose weight. This seems so hard. I'm eating as less as possible but making sure I eat healthy like carbs, protein fruit and veg. I don't get time to exercise every day as I work full time. This thought makes me think will I ever lose weight... please shed some light on this issue. Thank u so much and Sukhi ji 👍🏼

No sir small egg size with hyper prolactinemia relevant to pituitary microadenoma(pituitary gland small tumour in brain)and due to high prolactin level I increase weight continously even I use gren tea and control on my diet

This Day 2 exercise as u say we need to start after one week,means 2nd week.. so when we start this day 2 workout(2nd week) that time we need to do the day1 workout too or no need to do that.

Day 1 exercises are supposed to be done in the first week of the workout whereas, Day 2 exercises are for 2nd week.
How many calories will be burnt in this complete workout of 25-30 mins
