Breakfast;60g oat meal, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 5 egg whites Snack; 60 g yogurt,10-12 almonds Lunch; 120g fish/chicken,70 g carbs roti 🫓 ,120g Green Veggies Snack 2: 60 g of your choice fruit Dinner; 120 g white meat, 60g daal/rice, 180g green vegetables Bedtime; 30 min before 1 scoop protein/ 1 cup skim milk.

Jitna ye one m khaane k liye btaya itna to mai 1 week mai khata hu Now .... My routine Morning- 1 cup tea Lunch - 500 gm dahi ( cow milk ki pure upar ki cream hatakar) 3 pm - 1 cup tea Dinner - roti and simple sabji ( kabhi kabhi wo bhi nhi khata ) 11:30 pm - 1 cup tea Total = 1100 calories My height - 5.7 Weight - 62.5 Evening mai - 5:30 to 7:15 pm gym

I recently joined the gym and I was in dilemma that what to eat the whole day..I used to eat rice every day because I was not getting any option due to vegetarian, but to be honest your channel is the best place to acquire the authentic information… I want to reduce the tummy fat and I will definitely apply this diet plan… Thanks a lot brother. Bro meri jo roteen hai every day ki wo yeh hai :- 9am brake fast :- 1 cup of tea + 3 butter crossent. 3pm : lunch :- white Rice with chicken + salad OR sometime Chapati with chicken 7:30pm :- First brake from Job :- 1 🍎 1 🍊 few graps 10:30 :- 2nd brake :- 🍵 with biscuits OR chocolate sometime That's it plz guide me what should I need to do for reducing my belly fats plz Thanks

@mybollywoodbody, sir you didn't mention how much oil/fat should be taken? How much oil to use for cooking chicken ,fish or veggies in lunch? Kindly specify
I am using homeade protein using peanuts, chai seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, flax seeds, akhrot, pistachos. Is equally good as branded protein?
