    1)Bodyweight squats 4 sets of 25 Reps with 45 second break between the sets 2) Bird Dog Rotate/ Donkey Kicks 4 sets of 10/10 Reps with 45 seconds between the sets 3) Butt Bridge 6 sets of 25 Reps with 45 seconds break between the sets 4) wall sit 6 sets of 45 seconds with 45 seconds break between the sets 5)Butt Bridge rotate 6 sets of 20 Reps with 45 seconds break between the sets!

    Kamalpreet kaur Saluja stretching..and if possible Nd your age is under 15 then go for taekwondo, basically that too has leg stretching exercises like making a Y and stuff which helps..👍
