@@samiaislamrunia9925 yes u can do morning or evening any time u want but must everyday her zumba are very good i used to do it and lost weight but then stopped now ive started again and wont stop just do it everyday and always drink warm water and ohh buy aloe vera weight loss tea bag it works magic

@@giftmbanugo3605 Hi, I started my fitness journey 8 months back. I've lost nearly 20 kgs. I do a mix of cardio and weight training and also follow intermittent fasting. I use zumba as cardio. Hope this helps :)

What is your diet and how much have you lost kg
I just started doing your class yesterday. I did it today and it is so enjoyable. The only thing I need to get the hang of is coordinating moving my stomach a bit more with ny arms. I suppose I will get the hang of it 😊

Thank you for your Zumba workouts! I haven't got a chance to see how they affect fat burning 'cause I'm underweight, but I definitely see improvements in my movement coordination and stamina. For example, when I first tried your workouts about two months ago, I could not deal with rapid movements with my belly, and it was a bit difficult to go through with the workout without pauses. But it's easy now :)

Honestly, the easiest thing is speed in the abdomen. I do all her movements exactly as she plays. Try to practice on that. You will find it easy soon.

I'm hooked on these Zumba workouts! Have done several for quite a while now. Started out with a 20 minute one, mastered that and now I do at least 40 minutes 5 days a week. And I'm almost 66 years old! I have so much energy now! I lost 32 #'s since I retired last November and about 8 #'s from my goal weight! Thank you so much!!

This is my 2nd challenge for home workout. Your videos have been so motivating with the fun way of working out, that I successfully finished the 1st challenge. On with this one now. :)
I have been doing these workouts for over a year and I have noticed more muscle tone in my legs, arms, back and core. Anyone who tries this video should keep up with these workouts. They really work!
