I missed the Jordan run since I was so young during 90s (Born 93) So it’s cool seeing Caitlin Clark do what Jordan has done for Men’s basketball for popularity. She hasn’t even played a game yet. The draft had over 2 million viewers. Wouldn’t be shocked if there were 4 million viewers for her pre-season game. The WNBA will never ever be the same. They’re about to blow up like crazy these next few years. Especially with all the other big names coming in with Clark, and the next few years. I know I’m going to be watching for 🎉the first time lol.

Dawn Staley even said herself that Caitlin was the sole reason women’s basketball has been elevated over the past couple years. I think Caitlin’s logo threes and passing brought the viewers, and then everyone started paying attention to everyone else, which is amazing! I’m a lifelong Iowa fan, and I want the eyes on all the great women doing great things, but Caitlin brought them and the rest are benefitting. Did all teams sell out opposing arenas or set records in every venue this year? I don’t think so. That was just Iowa. The rest of the ladies deserve credit for carrying her torch, but she deserves all the credit.

What is amazing that Prada. And the door open cause of that. Tap into women market. Endless possibilities. The NBA and WNBA must be shocked.

I thought the Big3 was an interesting offer because of how little her WNBA salary would be. But The Fever are gonna have 36 games nationally televised, and the transition from NCAA championship game to WNBA draft to May opener to Olympics keeps the momentum going and will give her so much more exposure for her endorsement companies to capitalize. So yeah, the 5 mil seems small now.
