South Carolina went undefeated to win the championship with little known players and freshman and sophomores leading the way. We are headed in the right direction with women’s sports. I look forward to Caitlin playing that TEAM game, supporting other stars just like herself - so she can win many championships and enjoy that well-earned level of success 🥳🎉

I think it shows so much class that Caitlin credits the greats like Sheryl Swoopes, among others, even though Swoopes made an effort to tell lies about Caitlin and her collegiate accomplishments. Swoopes said Clark had broken so many records only because she played 5 years. Not true. Caitlin played 4 years of college ball. Swoopes lied when she said Caitlin took 40 shots a game. Flat out lie. Caitlin averaged around 19 shots a game. Whereas Sheryl Swoopes chose to tell lies about Clark, it was nice to see this wonderful young woman seize this very high profile opportunity to lift up her sport and honor some of the WNBA's great players.
