    I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more unlikable group of people than the wnba , you lose money every year, you spend your time complaining and your games are unanimously called boring. Then this phenom caitlin comes in brings eyes to your sport, brings money, brings charisma and unquestionable talent. Your first response is to tear her down immediately. They should close the wnba and make them earn it, any other league that loses money like that would close down. No one is stupid enough to keep dumping money on a sinking ship. Caitlin deserves better than being dragged down like that.

    I attended two games in Charlotte when they had a WNBA Team. The stands were 90 percent empty and the game was very boring. I never went back and haven't watched a game since. I will watch WNBA games with Caitlin Clark playing because frankly she's very exciting to watch and is full of charisma on the court.

    I can't believe that despite hearing all of these negative sentiments from current/former WNBA players, I am still genuinely excited to actually follow CC's career and by proxy her team's as well. She's able to bring someone like myself, a South-East Asian that has never watched the WNBA (let alone US Women's college basketball) to be genuinely interested in this side of the sport. Hopefully the WNBA can stop shooting themselves in the foot long enough for the "CC effect" to start working on the league itself.

    I’m getting really tired of hearing about it. But on the other hand it’s showing their true colors and making Clark look even better to most normal people. If they don’t stop all this crap it’ll only boost ticket sales for the Fever and cause more people to root for anybody playing against her. It’ll certainly help the Fever’s revenue and continue to make “them” look bad (but that’s just my opinion).

    People are quick to forget NBA players did the same thing when LeBron came into the league with all the hype. The WNBA players aren't doing anything different go back and look at the Darious Myles and Carlos Boozer responses. No they aren't going to give her the credit immediately she's gotta prove that shit at the top level and shut them up.     The owners and general managers of the WNBA teams had better lay the law down to these spoiled, egotistical women, as in, get with it, or get out. Clark is their best, maybe only, chance to get their league to turn a profit, and, maybe, get everybody a good pay raise, like Magic and Bird , then Jordan, did for the NBA. Clark and a great rival, if there is such a thing, from another conference, could possibly get women's basketball going, big time. It might be possible, but I won't hold my breath about it.

    The WNBA doesn't realize they hit the jackpot with the incoming 2024 WNBA rookie draft class that was led by the # 1 pick Caitlin Clark. When Diana Taurasi and Breanna Stewart were both at UConn, they both couldn't sell out their road games and sometimes home games too. Also, there was no Diana or Breanna mania when they were at UConn when they won a combined 7 NCAA National Titles.

    That's a lie bro!!!! EVERY woman's home game at Gamble was sold out. A lot of their games were played in the XL Center, which is harder to sell out. There was no "mania" because they were a part of a historic school that was expected to win, Caitlin was not. Its entertainment and money first, athletics last, sad but true. If I watch the wnba, it is to see Caitlyn and the new new rookies play, not to see angry nobodies put them in their place by hard fouls and eating up playing time.
