    Read on internet. It contains some alcohal after as it is fermented. Does it cause drunk like state. Please reply

    No it must be fermented for months together without putting them to sunlight so don't worry... It's too good for health ..

    Brother,Not everything that is fermented is alcohol . Little fermentation can have more probiotic effect than alcoholic.

    Hey, a thin film of this kahm yeast has been formed in the kanji drink that im making...this happened on day 3...but since one has to stir the drink once a day while fermentation....i stirred it....Am in trouble now?Plus how many days should I let it ferment in this heat?

    Kanji is not to be consumed in hot summers please discard that as fermentation process is super fast in summers and that is not good. Kanji season is from November to first or second week of march

    It’s not good in summers because it spoils easily. The right season is from October to April

    Depends on quantity of carrots used. For this much quantity 2 tablespoons mustard 2 teaspoon salt

    It’s available in the market or you can use half the quantity of regular carrots and 1/2 the quantity Beetroot this will give you the same results

    No I would not advise using plastic although many people do it. It’s better to use glass container even a bottle would be okay

    @@deepashree-uh1rr originally this used to be made in clay pot ( Mitti ka ghada) you can make in that also otherwise steel is better choice than plastic

    Mera kanji cola jesa fizz kyu kar raha hain.. maine pehli bar parso isko banaya.. ghar mein dhup nhi ati to isko maine dhup pe din main rakha 6 ghante uske bad ghar pe layi.. aj dhup nhi nikla to heater wale room pe rakha.. abhi check kiya to ye fizz sound kar raha tha stir karne par.. Kuch galat to nhi bana dia maine🥲

    Iska matlab hai kanji Kharb ho gayi hai . Dhoop jaroori hai kanji ke liye but 2-3 din ke baad usko peena chahiye jyada der bahar rakh ne se kharab ho jati hai. Ideally 2-3 din dhoop ke baad ise main to fridge me rakh deti hu

    Dhoop main rkhte hai wo original hai heater heat nuksan krti hai heater se body problem bhi chlti hai BP high ho jata but dhoop se koi problem nhi 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
