I'm not so optimistic. A loss at the district level is less likely to be accepted on appeal to the 9th, whereas the 9th accepts nearly _every_ appeal by the State.

Been a subscriber for about two years when I got back into archery after attending a game and fish seminar on bear hunting. Was blown away that teh majority of bears taken in my state was using archery tackle (nearly 80%). Thanks for your videos and passion for archery.

The only reason they got remanded was because the SCOTUS was too lazy to do their job.

Wont this case have to get remanded down back to the district court for a final judgement, or has a final judgement already been entered in this case?

Would like to know if there's a way to follow judges and understand how that decide on 2A cases? Also is there a set path which laws/ bills go through that needs to be followed and not allow the 9th Circus to mess around and waste time

He didn’t retire because he wanted too. They forced him to retire

The problem is when it goes to the 9th or Supreme Court it takes either many years sometimes decades or more to be overturned that’s why CA loves their unconstitutional laws because they’ll just CRAWL through the system and be on the books for years before being overturned. By that time CA has already come up with a slightly different but still unconstitutional law to take the previous law’s place.

I would hope these judges would take a right turn and take recent events into consideration and take the 2A side for more people than not. People have a right to their own opinions to what to own to defend themselves.
