You know it's adorable is that he doesn't know that in order to try to get this amendment passed he would have to have a meeting of all the states that would allow them to put in their request for the Constitution change which means they could make it so that the second amendment is made more clear and that everyone gets military weapons if they want. Other states understand that and that's why they don't want to let this happen because they know it'll go worse for them as opposed to better

Seems to me that by suggesting the Constitution be amended to include these items is an admission that none of these items are constitutional as it stands now and therefore all attempts at passing such laws should be deemed a violation of their oath of office and they need to be removed from office immediately.

Altering an Amendment is a long process. Iirc, it requires 2/3 of the House AND Senate to pass. And then it has to go to each state's legislature.....where 75% has to agree to the change AND requires 2/3 of the states to.make it official
