Important question: if i update the firmware on my JBL Charge 5, then can i remove it by resetting the device? just in case I don't like the sound

I can't find my charge essential and I couldn't do it two years ago either. How the hell do I update it? Can't find information anywhere about how to do it other than on the app which doesn't seem to support it :/

it didn't work here! I have an active bluetooth connection with iPhone, but the JBL Portable (I didn't find a JBL Connect+ on App Store) don't find the JBL Xtreme (1st edition) speaker.

My jbl tunner fm, got froze in mcu update mode, on the display, it is not connecting to mu pc through usb port

Hello sir I have jbl xtreme the first version . I tried to update through the app but once it starts connecting and downloading the update speaker suddenly goes power off. I have repeatedly tried it but the same case every time. Could you please suggest me how to download it successfully? Would be a great help.

Does it only update for the speaker for android phones? Because I’m stuck at 3.9 is there a fix for this?

in your opinion, whats great in all in all sounds, the latest firmware or the original version..

updated firmware was like adjusting equalizer to Bass Booster... noticed a bit more bass in this update... For me new firmware is good...

The JBL company have discontinued the charge 2 and my divice software version is 1.4.0. and i need an updated of 1.4.1 can you help me with it

Sorry for the late reply bro. As far as I know it cannot move back to its previous version. Yet I tried resetting in my charge 3, it stayed still in the latest updated version, did not move back to its older version.

Hello, guy's I'm new to the JBL Speaker I don't know which app to choose or which one is accurate to install. If anyone is does know please care to help a fellow friend out. Thank you.

It wont show any updates to me on my charge 3. On my boombox there are some. I cant put the connect+ update on my speaker

Came here to say this app completely sucks. Go back and retool the entire app.... get a phone call and you have to reset everything to pair them together again. Super disappointed especially for how much 2 extreme3’s cost.
