    Yeah, he was good for the part where he grew up and was born, but at what cost. The countless of lives ruined by his actions and the actions of his cartel. I don't think it is good to glorify him and his assassins. (At beginning of the video with the shrine, I was shocked to see the glorified pictures of his murdering gang). However, it is good to see more sides of the story. Do the needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many? How that part of Medellin was treated was criminal, but still. Other things could've been done as well.

    Probably the answer to both is he's South African and can speak several languages, which makes it easier to learn new languages quickly if you already know about 3 already. To the last point is probably due to growing up in South Africa which can be quite dangerous, high violent crime rate and unemployment. Growing up in South Africa could make someone more bold and fearless.

  • @HenkJamn

    @HenkJamn

    @@Dom-fx4kt As mentioned. We grow up in similar situations than people from these countries. We have wealth on on side and poor on the other. We learn more than one language from youth and have many other languages in South Africa that we come in contact with on a daily basis. Crime can be quite brutal in South Africa and ending up in the wrong road can put you in difficult and unsafe situations. We are also know to be a friendly bunch of people especially to foreigners. We are a fairly tall nation. So we tend to look bigger in certain areas. Our voices also sound rough due to German and Dutch influence. I think all these play a role when we connect to the outside world. Only difference is that we dont have a lot of Spanish spearkers in South Africa. So that is one big hurdle we have when traveling to Spanish speaking countries. I still feel South Africa in general is more unsafe compared to other parts of the world. Especially since there does not seem to be much of a effort to try and stop it from a political point of view. Where as other countries seem to have done much better. Be it the people living there or that some government have stabilised a bit. For all the bad we have in our country. We have so much good too.
