Deep into the Hood of Medellin (ALONE) 🇨🇴

Ойын-сауық

Many say that they have gone to the dangerous parts of Medellin and filmed it, but many times the places that they show isn't really that dangerous. In this video, I venture into a place that very few outsiders dare to enter, even locals from the city fear going into this neighborhood. I hope you guys enjoy this video.

I haven’t gotten that far into the video and that may very well be the case, but I couldn’t pass up offering this potentially life saving advice; Do Not Accept Favors In Medellin! At least if you don’t know them and don’t have the common sense to read the situation. I promise there is a breed of violence here that you cannot fathom if you’re from the states.

Feels like all this adventure he brought you in, showing you his concern with you, sharing with you the most precious thing he has: his life, his daughter, his family. His vision of life. Exactly! People in the Washington DC area won't go to Anacostia... However, big distinction: Santo Domingo Savio is not unsafe 'per se'. It's a popular working class area. Highly populated. Surely there are gangs and other bad characters, but if you go during the daytime and don't do anything silly, you can be safe. Most annoying feature: Bikes...! You have to watch out for bikes everywhere.

I would visit him twice a year bring food and clothing too help him out. And if I could I would bless him with a small amount of kindness from the heart.

It’s nice to see people just making life look easy and enjoying themselves. Thanks for sharing! Great job keeping your balance on the bike by the way. He was so proud to take you to his home and offer you food. The ride was crazy but he was determined to show you a good time and keep you safe. I can't get over what a great soul Santi is. He deserves nothing but the best and I really hope we get to see him again soon. I just made a contribution on PP. Great video, I'll watch more for sure. Thank You! Wow that's pretty amazing, i've been living in these neighbors (specially manrique) in my entire life and it's nice to see vloggers like you filming these streets and showing the bright side of it in spite of how dangerous it might be and most people specially foreigners would chicken out to trust a stranger to guide you all these places like Manrique Guadalupe, Santo Domingo, Granizal, etc. It was fun and hilarious when you also filmed being on a motorcycle as a passanger with Barney while his little girl (around 5yo) was riding faster and faster, that's nuts! hahaha. When i watched this, i immediately fell in love with your content and started to look up to it, it's really hard to find videos such as this one on youtube which makes your content even more authentic and valuable. Keep your amazing job!
