Outstanding as usual, from JC!!! You are doing such an incredible service to India and Indians in general with Fittr and everything around Fittr and INFS. Have watched many, many Podcasts / Reviews of the guidelines but this one stands above all of them for the simple way in which you have managed to put across your point!!

Thank you @JC. Much needed review. There's a gap between lab and community. The guidelines made by scientists usually won't reach public. Hope this video will fill the gaps 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Hi Sir, Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I didn't know you at all a month ago. I was scrolling on Insta reels and you appeared. I watched you you are so calm then next day then next day more reels appeared of you. I was wondering who you are then I go to the KZread and watch the podcast with DrPal from that finally found a genuine person. Then I watched all your videos on your this channel from the first video cells, motion, hydration all. I am 27 years old and I am working out it's been 8 years. I knew a lot of things but when I watched you, you make it so simple I learned the fundamentals of fitness. I literally watched all your Insta reels in 3 days and all your podcast everything which talks about fitness. So many garbage in my mind all cleared up like supplements, don't drink water after a meal, you have workout 2-4 hours with only heavy weights, don't eat fat, carbs so many things. I just so glad that I found you. It feels like I know you from many years 🥰 My goal is also same I have fit as long as I can till I die. Still you have so much knowledge .. I also don't like gossip I watch informative podcast which help my fitness and overall life. Like TRS, you, Sandeep Maheswari. I hope you do more podcast specially TRS .. because Ranveer is the right person who ask more depth question so I and all other peoples learn more from you. Now you are one of the person I want to meet before I die. I can see in your eyes you are very honest person. Thank you so much again really dil se thank you sir ❤‍🩹 I can imagine you are in your 90's and still fit ❤‍🩹

I am vegetarian and I can’t consume eggs, and soy makes me bloated but i am eating 200g paneer everyday my weight is 60kg height 5.7 feet with 20% fat.. i want to reach around your weight 68kg and i am doing resistance training its been 1 year so i want to put 8kg of muscle and fat 10-12% now the problem is protien its hard to take double of my body weight.. i touched 60g protien daily. Now whey protien is the choice and thats the question i dont want to ask but still asking .. wholetruthfood whey natural protien. As you said check all range of products of same company like immunity booster, testosterone booster, fat burner, they dont sell any of them and they FDA approved. So please can you help me please please 🙏

KZread and Instagram should ask creators to fact-check their content before uploading videos, similar to how they handle copyright content. This is especially important for Reels, Shorts, and content in the health and fitness sectors. These are spreading unnecessary fear, and once people are scared by a false claim, it's very hard for them to accept the truth. Fear-mongering Reels are everywhere, and the statements are often made by famous people, making the issue even more significant.

Hi JC, not sure what's the best way to circulate these guidelines in schools, colleges, public places, offices and everywhere else. General health education to follow ICMR guidelines should be the top most priority as 90%-95% of the population won't be even aware that there are ICMR guidelines and what it means. At my level, I can only make a few IG post, FB updates and reach 100's. But at your level you can reach millions hopefully.

Hope my comment gets noticed by many. the main culprit for recent generation having sudden heart attacks(in young) in our country is extensive use of Plant seed oils(refined or cold pressed)palm oil/refined sunflower seed oils etc on a daily basis. Oils derived from plant seeds contain " phytoesterol" which is similar to cholesterol from animal fats(ghee/meat/milk/curds/paneer). Cholesterol from animal fat can be digested by our body where as these phytoesterols cant be digested instead the occupy the space created by cholesterol digestion at microscopic level(phytoesterols & cholesterol have similar microscopic structure.)causing plaques / blocks in arteries. so why the rate of heart attacks is more now than before?our consuption of :refined oils use has increased, its at the peak knowingly or unknowiongly thanks to fast foods and ultra processed foods.Remember our previous generation used to eat food prepared with ghee or cold pressed coconut oil. This the generation especially from 70's80's are having a transition to seed oils, the next gens are all scape goats. better to cook with ghee/coconut oil(cold pressed).avoid refined plant seed oils also reheating them multiplies the plat seed oils toxicity. eating at home is best as you know and you have control of whats going in your mouth. And yes moderation is the key.Cholesterol is not bad like believed before even for cardiac patients. just wanted to throw some light on this :@Fittrjc it would be great if you can look into this. some links to what im talking about: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3620394/ kzread.info/dash/bejne/kaCGuryfo5m5mtY.html hope this helps better late than never.
