    Sir very good information . Sir jaisa ki aapne bataya aap 24 year ke aas paas se workout kr rhe h. Sir ZYM m injury bhuut common h isko kaise recover kare is pr ek detailed vedio banaye plz specially back pain, hip joint. Aur agar kisi body part m injury ho gyi h to workout regular kare ya nhi.

    You recommend same diet for long time. Isn't it wrong given changing season requires to change vegetable and fruits. Doesn't variety of food required to fulfil micro nutrients.?
