hello Jc sir thanks for this but, I have migraine and feel dizzy many times doc told me I have BPPV and couldn't operate a normal life but I do drink more than 3 litre of water every single day

Please explain how much gap should be there of drinking water before and after the meal?
Hi sir, I had one question on paneer. Since it contains saturated fat, is it bad for the heart if consumed daily?
Sir, I have a question regarding Water Intake, Does Green Tea count in Water Intake? Another is should we drink this 3 litre water through out the day or if out of 3 , 2.5 litre is drink during office hours (10 am to 6pm) , rest time only half a litre, does it impact in any way.

Also I would like to ask that when we discuss we should have 4l of water daily so would the things be same for both guys A&B, where A drinks 4l water throughout the day and B drinks 2l(one sitting) in morning and 2l (one sitting) in night. Would there be more utilization of water and less urination in case A when compared to B?

Water should be evenly spread throughout the day. As your body doesn’t store water like it stores fat, protien and carbs, water is readily absorbed in your body

If you could address the harms of Overhydration. What is Overhydration, what damage it causes and how to avoid it ?

It’s very rare. Unless you drink very large quantities of water in one go, the chances of over-hydration are very less. Usual side effects of over-hydration are loss of sodium which could result in lower blood pressure, dizziness, and even death
Water types b affect krta hai kya body per like corporation se aata hr wo water, borewell wala water, bore well se purifier kia hua water sab ka effect & hydration level same rehta hai . . .

Yes make sure the water is not acidic, the ph should be between 6.5-8

Like I mentioned, dehydration affects the skin first. So there’s a good chance drinking enough water will help with the issue
