Dude, Where’s My Protein? | The FITTR Podcast S03 | EP04
Indian cuisine varies from region to region but one thing seems to be common - a sad lack of protein!
India’s average life expectancy has improved since 1947 and diet certainly had a role to play. But why are we still reluctant to eat more protein?
And no, your daily dose of dal might not be enough! This one might ruffle a few feathers, as we look at upending deep-rooted beliefs about diet and food.

They are high in Hdl cholestrol, the good kind. Also it has been scientifically proven that food cholesterol does not directly affect blood cholesterol

the scenarios are different ... eat it if your gut is not able to absorb high amount of protein at fast rate, for those folks drinking whey will create problem... eating protein makes it easier for them since it will sit in your gut for longer period of time giving body to absorb slowly and doesn't cause bloating ... recommending to watch video once again if not clear... :)
Unfortunately most of the talk here is from 1977 and it’s based on misinformation.Christopher Garner leading authority in protein and diet science says don’t think of protein think of food.If you get enough calories you get enough protein I mean 70% of vegans get more protein than they need so Indians as vegetarians with their milk and dairy would be ok I would think, but if going to build muscle then there’s reason to ad some I guess
Vegetarian country?😂
