Feedback : 1 You need to ask question wisely without cutting the flow of your guest . 2 Please treat your guest with some respect , you were behaving like you don't want to listern what he was telling. 3 Dont try to be oversmart , or dont try to bully your guest. Viewers can know your smug face when you try to bully or cut the flow of your guest this totally make conversation one sided

@Manish : I totally agree with your views here on Raj, one thing that I hate the most is he doesn't let the guest to complete the sentence and then start with another questions. @RajShamani Bro, if you are reading this : First of all, thank you so much for your contents. I have learnt many things from the guests that you invite in your podcast but yeah you definitely need to make the improvements suggested above.

Accidentally came across your channel and a fragmented clip of this podcast. Liked it and Immediately listened to the entire conversation at one go.First class. Very inspiring AND interesting without a single dull moment. Sivasankaran is refreshingly candid, simple, knowledgeable and relatable. Keep up the good work. I think the podcast ended somewhat abruptly. And you seemed to shoot off from the list of prepared questions without allowing him to fully elaborate on his quite insightful views, experiences and vision. That leaves me sort of hungry for more. May be you went for more breadth than depth. He deserves and we too deserve a much more detailed presentation on fewer topics of vital interests . Hope we will get one more episode with him. Thanks for your efforts.

An entertaining podcast session with Mr. Siva. Very informative as well. He has a lot of knowledge and wisdom, and I like the bluntness with which he talks. Also how he describes the difficulties of conducting business in India, yet not giving up to be successful again and again. Clear and straightforward, passionate businessman as well.

Luckily my Three friend doctors from Andhra and karnataka who are working in railways has properly guided me to take proper medical tests and accordingly changed my medicines and lifestyle. Thank you so much for this wonderful video n it should reach to evert Indians. We are totally unknown about our health conditions. We totally rely on our Doctors. I am not blaming the doctors. We have to personally evaluate our body condition. Thank you so much Siva Sir and Raj Bro.

Minimum 2-3 weeks for a general doctor appointment. Even of your bone is popping out, they will not look at you unless it is "life threatening". Not even exaggerating

Thanks Raj. Very good episode. Mr. Sivasankaran sir is a hardcore old school entrepreneur. He might not be representing his ideas using modern jargons but he is definitely a hard working person who do not hesitate to speak up his mind. And that comes from years of experience in dealing with different kinds of people. His experience is more than those few words. Raj, please get such dignitaries on to your Podcast. Few years down the line, only these podcasts would remain to relate and learn. Thanks once again.

Feedback: 1. Don't take your own notes with a pen and paper during the conversation. 2. Don't end the conversation abruptly. Closing a conversation should be smooth always. 3. You should do more homework for raising good questions on their experience. 4. Always have eye contact when some one opposite to you speaks about their valuable experience.
