I am overweight (not obese) can I also cut my fat so vigorously? I train 4-5 times a week for 60 mins & 15 mins cardio. If it's okay to cut down calories so fast then I'd want to do that. My fat% is around 20-25%

he was probably having 4-5k calories before this with greasy foods etc..the food discipline seems to have helped the most here..how did you manage to enforce this discipline ? was he staying with u ?
