Absolutely incredible transformation by both. I have no doubts about it, because I myself have applied all the teachings of JC. Lost 9 kgs, body fat% reduced from 23% to 16%. And also have visible abs now. It's really not as complex as other influencers make it sound

This is what you can achieve when you surrender yourself to your mentor 🔥🔥🔥.JC and Bala i would request of you could put out body fat percentage and lean body mass of both Deepak and Sapna when they started and their progression of fat percentage and what body fat percentage and lean muscle mass they had at the end of 3 months

aap har baar kehto ho calorie deficit is the main thing 8 kg loss means around 2050 calories deficit per day ye kuch zyada hi nahi hogaya deficit?
Can a diabetic prrson eat sweets but be in a calorie deficit and train? And also was Deepak given high glycemic index foods in the diet?
