Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Mind Pump’s video “How to PROPERLY Use an Ab Wheel” ( • Ab Wheel- How to PROPE... ) has generated so much interest that the boys have created a NEW 3 part ab wheel (ab roller) series.
In this series Sal Di Stefano, Adam Schafer, Justin Andrews demonstrate ab wheel variations and coaching points (listed at end of video) so that you have even more ways to build your abs and core so that your ab muscles are visible, strong and impressive.
In this video (#2 of 3) Sal, Adam & Justin demonstrate how to perform an ab wheel/stomach vacuum superset to shrink your waist.

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzread.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Guy, thank you! I have 2 abs rollers doing nothing but collecting dust for the past 5 months due to not doing to exercise the right way and hurting my lower back. After watching this video and part 2, I immediately grabbed one of my abs rollers and began doing the abs roller exercise. Excellent! I will follow the 2 days a menu.

    I've been following you guys for a while and you are the SHIT! would you recommend doing the wheel rollout from a standing position or will that just straight up kill you after the vacuums?

    This video is greeaaaaatt man, very simple and straight to the point. I’ve been trying to look for ab workouts that aren’t boring or unsustainable. You broke it down all the way to reps, sets and amount of days per week. Thank you.

    I love this routine, however, I am curious about how much rest time between each abdominal vacuum and how much rest time between each rollout? I did not see that in the video, nor on any of the comments.

    is the first exercise similar to a cat camel stretch? ive been incorporating the cat camel stretch for about six months now after injuring my low back in the fall and ive noticed my waist has shrunk since doing it, wondering if that stretch is a good alternative to the first exercise but im definitely going to try this version as well.

    Can't extend that low to save my life. Are very tall people with looong arms doing better or worse at this, compared to the people with normal build, or it doesn't matter and it's just the matter of strength?

  • @marimoerostraw

    @marimoerostraw

    tall people are absolutely having a harder time with exercises involving manipulating their own body -because of higher bodyweight and harsher leverage to overcome due to longer body parts as well as bigger range of motion, relative to less tall people of the same lean %

    *Very misleading title.* NO, and I mean, NO ab exercise "shrinks" a person's waist. What shrinks a person's waist is working towards a lower body fat %. Shame on you guys for the click-bait title. There are a lot of naive people out there who want to lose weight and advising them to use an Ab-Roller to do that is ridiculous.

    They NEVER said anything about NOT using proper diet you did . they meant without losing weight like say going to 150 lbs they're saying if you're 190lbs you don't have to go to extreme low body weight to achieve a six pack and smaller waist size and they're right, because it takes building muscle in those areas it's that simple and then just having a reasonable died and a little bit of walking accordion that you can shrink your waistline from working your muscles in any part of your body you don't have to go to Extreme Ways to do this you can actually build your body at a 190 pounds instead of going down to 150 to see the same results when you can do it at 190 it's possible
