Will it work if I don't have 2 jacked friends to tent their fingers contemplatively while I'm doing it?

Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item kzread.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Could you guys do a video differentiating intra-abdominal pressure, abdominal bracing vs. abdominal hollowing or is there even a difference between all three? I get confused when I hear people say draw in your belly button vs. brace your core, whats the difference?

1st time ive seen someone say that this should be started with what seems to be a hollow back. Great tips! And great for the obliques

i've actually been looking for the most intense oblique exercises to do. would these 'oblique rollouts' be a good candidate? i'm used to doing traditional core exercises which sadly do not hit the obliques hardly (at least that's how it feels to me).

Great video, and you seem like cool guys that are easy to listen to and understand. I have a problem when I do the exercise though. I get a lot of pressure in my head and it becomes very red. Especially when I do it with my knees on the end of the bed and not the floor. Any tips on how to avoid this?

The first video I watch from some other channel had so much BS. this one is cool. apparently my core is super strong. It is wrong to have the shirt on though! It is essential to be shirtless for this.

This works for strength and size if you're eating enough calories and protein but to get them to show you need to cut calories and do Cardio after building the muscle or get lipo
