I'm so glad I found this channel. You're all very knowledgeable. Also, great presentation. You guys don't beat around the bush, but rather start discussing the topic right away. One of the best fitness channels I've ever encountered (and my new favorite one). Keep up the good work. It's much appreciated!

I was doing a Reverse Crunch and I felt my lower back for couple of sets. Then I watched this video and successfully fixed my posture. The rest of the sets, I didn't feel my lower back at all. Thank you guys.

Enjoy ur videos, very detailed informative, awesome, keep it going. Before my lower back injury, bulge discs l4, l5, s1. Loved being active in different exercises, now I'm limited. What exercises can I do to strengthen my core and my back?

Great video guys! One question, would these principles change if you were doing hanging leg raises?

tsarski1 yes same principles apply . Major reason we are not big fans of hanging leg raises . Most people use too much hip flexors during hanging leg raises . Def advanced movement

I still can not feel lower abs. Even when I do if the way you just showed, after 10-15 reps I start to feel the burn in the upper abs, but almost nothing in the lower abs. I tried everything. What could be the reason and how to adress it? Thanks!

I spent three years in the army wondering why the fuck do my quads burn when I do abs??!!? I got out in 2015, 7 years and a lot of workouts later I found y’all and realized I been doing shit wrong!!

So lets see his abs, someone on here show what these techniques have developed. But more than that abs connect to the pubis, they help stabilize the pelvis and work with the pelvic floor and glutes. This exrrcise involves so much more than abs,but breathing properly to engage upper glutes and pelvic floor are key to succes in this movement.
