Someone mentioned to me to keep the tip slightly up and in your peripheral vision during your approach. Also keep the javelin close to your body. Helped me so much.

Thomas, you state your elbow will move out from under the javelin when you start walking, moving, etc. Do you try to bring it under the javelin again when you throw or just let it be off to side? Also, do you keep the palm of your hand rotated to the sky throughout the whole throw?
