Joseph Greenberg Elastic bands, Fascia work and advanced mobility will be part of one of the advanced level videos - for beginners elastic bands can cause too many mistakes

I try to work both sides of my body evenly for muscle balance, even though one side will always be dominant. Just think if they went back to old style where you had to throw with each hand and total the two distances...
