    Great drills as target practice is also one of my favorite drills or games to play for figuring out how to throw through the point. However, it’s kind of ironic that you say it hasn’t nothing to do with coaching cues, yet you give several throughout the video.

    You're throwing farther standing than I do eith a run up. Im struggling to understand the mechanics of the throwing arm, eg) how to transition from my arm being fully extended behind me to the release. I don't know what to do eith my elbow or anything.
