Thank you for teaching me how to paint this. It’s so beautiful Ginger! I sprayed the canvas with water to tighten it as you suggested and it worked! I also varnished it with two coats.

I'm discovering that acrylic dry darker,part of the learning curve,I'm painting a peony i can hear Ginger saying pinch the brush,it's a great mantra add more paint ect. tfs

Yep, they dry darker. I was told the other day there is an acrylic paint made in Japan, that does not dry darker called Holbein but when I looked it up it was incredibly expensive even compared to Golden. . ,

you both make my day!!! I've over here laughing to myself over the banter of a triangle vs a rectangle if any one saw me they would probably take me to a funny farm since all they would see is me laughing at a computer screen LOL

bahaha! the whole triangle, rectangle toast discussion was amusing and adorable. :) also, awesome painting! going to try it. :D

I really struggle with the angle brush and your tips about using it during this lesson helped me get over my fear of it

No, australian sienna, and Azo Gold by golden are similar. Hope we hit 30k by the end of the week. Thanks, so glad you liked this, it took a few hours to design but not too long to paint it.

There is no indicator on the screen saying we are live and the picture on the computer takes a minute to show up. So when it says we are live we may or may not be.... ugg
